1. Send Us Your Logo and Story

We’ll use your logo on signage, our website, social promotions and in the program (.svg and .eps files work best).

We also give shout-outs to our amazing sponsors in our dad joke-fueled script. Have an elevator pitch of how your story helps utilities? Send it to Megan McKoy-Noe so we can use it in the script!

2. Save Your Room

Are you joining us? We hope so! Make hotel reservations so you’ve got a comfy bed after a full day or storytelling, networking and dad jokes.

Rooms are $219/night; parking is $38/night. To get your room, use our conference booking link or call the hotel at (253) 319-8300 Ext. 1 and ask for the “StoryConnect 2026 PROFILE” discount. The room block closes March 14, 2026.

3. Register

Some sponsorships include comped registrations. To register for those spots and an optional networking adventure, select ‘Sponsor – Comp’ in Registration Options. Registration opens in the fall; we’ll let you know when.

Sponsorship Details

We do not offer booths due to limited space, but the size of the conference lends itself to plenty of time for interaction between your staff and attendees. Here are benefits for your brand story by sponsorship level.

  • Choose to either submit copy for a “live read” on stage during the conference describing your products or services in approximately 30 seconds or submit a 30 second video to be shown on the main stage of the conference.
  • Get two (2) attendee registrations.
  • Receive the StoryConnect attendee list, with permission to send one email blast after the conference.
  • Add your logo on our conference agenda and on slides throughout the event.
  • Include an item for attendees in our conference swag bag.
  • Option to add-on a networking adventure partnership, if available
