Justin Caudell

Justin develops data-driven communications and marketing plans for Pioneer’s members and partners. He came to the team with strong industry roots, having grown up on co-op lines and working for five years in Clay Electric Cooperative’s member and public relations department.

Prior to becoming a champion for co-ops and working at Clay Electric, Justin was in the newspaper business and rose through the ranks to hold editor positions at daily newspapers in the southeast. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Justin lives in North Central Florida with his wife Meagan, daughter Erin and their two corgis (Freddy and Georgie).
