She is a content development and product marketing expert with over seven years of experience positioning products and services to B2B and B2C audiences in the utility, energy efficiency, and engineering sectors. In addition, she brings over a decade of customer service and holds a Master’s in Instructional Design, a B.S. in Web Development and Digital Media, and a B.A. in Journalism. ⭐ Hianna’s unique ability is to simplify complex ideas, allowing her clients’ concepts to shine.
