Gabriella Eaton

Gabriela Eaton is the marketing manager at Tularosa Communications, where she leads the strategy and direction of marketing initiatives in the rural telecommunications sector, with a strong focus on branding, community engagement, and customer connection. She brings more than 15 years of marketing experience, including the last four years dedicated to rural telecommunications.

Gabriela is the creator of Fibee, Tularosa Communications’ fiber internet mascot and brand ambassador. What began as a creative branding concept has evolved into a recognizable community presence, bringing the company’s brand to life through events, social media, educational initiatives, and community outreach. Through Fibee, Gabriela has developed a unique approach to connecting rural communities with the value of fiber broadband while creating memorable and meaningful customer experiences. She frequently shares marketing best practices with industry peers and speaks about the power of community branding and mascots in rural broadband marketing.

Gabriela is actively involved in the telecommunications industry and advocates for rural communities at both the state and national levels. She represents rural telecommunications interests during legislative sessions through the New Mexico Exchange Carrier Group, serves on the marketing committee of the NM Fiber Network, and is involved with NTCA’s Women in Telecom, including participation in industry events in Washington, D.C.

Beyond her professional role, Gabriela serves as assistant governor for Rotary District 5520, supporting and mentoring Rotary clubs across southern New Mexico. She is also an honorary commander for the 49th Communications Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, helping strengthen partnerships between the military and the local community.

Gabriela holds a professional bachelor’s degree in marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico, and completed a specialization in branding through ITESM and the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain.
