Jade Elk

Jade has been navigating the marketing, advertising and publishing sectors for over 20 years, from San Diego to Santa Fe. A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in journalism/advertising, Jade loves the challenges of “what if” and “can we” goals and finding just the right strategies and tactics to exceed client expectations. Most recently, Jade was a project coordinator for a textbook publishing company, where she researched and negotiated permissions licensing for third party content and became the company’s accessibility coordinator, leading the staff in best practices for becoming Section 508 and WCAG 3.1 compliant. Jade is thrilled to bring her skillset to Pioneer.

When not managing three cats that have taken over her home office, Jade is out in the community singing baritone in a women’s barbershop quartet, and keeping up with a half acre garden filled with herbs, flowers and fruit trees.
