Allison Young

Allison Young is a community health worker turned renewable energy enthusiast, working for the coolest co-op in the middle of the Pacific. She joined Kaua’i Island Utility Cooperative as a communications & public relations specialist in 2022. Before that she worked for the a county health department in Maryland for several years. At KIUC her work has helped the co-op earn several NRECA Spotlight on Excellence Awards, including gold for the co-op’s internal newsletter, Watt’s Up.
