Becky Mashburn

Becky Mashburn is a passionate advocate for the electric cooperative industry, bringing more than a decade of experience in co-op communications, broadband marketing, and project management to the table. Before joining the Pioneer team in 2024, she served as the Marketing and Communications Director for Delta-Montrose Electric Association and its fiber broadband subsidiary, Elevate Internet, where she directed external communications and consumer acquisition strategies. Her best recommendation for brainstorming is to put on a crown, pretend you’re queen (or king) for the day, and dream big. Becky and her husband, Justin, live with their two boys in Montrose, Colorado. Outside the office, you’ll find her planning their next great adventure – preferably exploring the mountains or relaxing on the beach with a good book!
