Dee Dee Longenecker

Dee Dee Longenecker is director of business development with Eastex Telephone Cooperative, Inc. In her role, she works to find new revenue opportunities for Eastex and its affiliates. Before joining Eastex, Dee Dee worked for over two decades consulting for JSI, where she managed a myriad of projects for rural telcos and ISPs covering the key areas of product and promotion development and regulatory compliance. She also gained a strong customer service and training background as a corporate trainer for the popular Chuy’s restaurant chain prior to entering the telecommunications field. Through this extensive experience, Dee Dee gained invaluable insights into both internal operations and external communications and customer relationship management.

Dee Dee holds a BA in Business Management from Concordia University in Austin. She formerly chaired and now serves on the NTCA eXcellence Awards Committee as well as the TTA Marketing & Education Committees, and is a founding member of the Women in Texas Telecom group. Dee Dee resides in Austin with her husband and daughter. When she’s not working, you’ll find her socializing with her family or friends, volunteering, reading, gardening or crafting.
