Elizabeth is dedicated to advancing rural broadband connectivity and empowering communities through innovative technology solutions. With a background spanning over a decade in small business and retail management, Elizabeth joined PTCI in 2016 and has since played instrumental roles in marketing, public relations, esports, new product development, and strategic planning.
Elizabeth currently serves on the NTCA—The Rural Broadband Association Marketing Committee, where she collaborates with colleagues from across the country to tell the story of rural broadband using the Smart Rural Community and other initiatives.
She is deeply committed to enhancing connectivity and fostering economic growth in the Oklahoma and Texas panhandle regions. A constant advocate of rural broadband, she has been instrumental in driving initiatives to expand access to high-speed internet and creating opportunities for education, healthcare, and economic development. Serving on Main Street Guymon’s Business Development and Career Focus committees and the Panhandle Cares board of directors allows for collaborative opportunities.
An Oklahoma Panhandle native, Elizabeth attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Oklahoma. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys the great outdoors, often indulging in her love of hiking and photography.
With a genuine commitment to empowering rural communities, Elizabeth continues to drive positive change that will lead to a more connected and thriving future.
