Matt Bowen

Matt joined Pioneer with a background in communications strategy and organizational leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications, and a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice. His academic and professional work reflects a strong focus on effective messaging, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

He and his wife, Kimberly, are proud parents to two children, Lincoln and Madeline. In his spare time, Matt teaches and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
