Rudy Tober is focused on marketing efforts related to NRTC’s Broadband Solutions Division. NRTC Broadband Solutions is dedicated to helping its members evaluate, build and operate advanced broadband networks.

Prior to joining NRTC, Rudy spent nearly 30 years in the telecommunications industry with more than 12 years in the cooperative broadband space.
