Noble Sprayberry is the deputy editorial director for Pioneer. His career includes stops at newspapers such as The Tennessean and The Florida Times-Union. He has also written marketing collateral for business sectors ranging from banking to the oil industry, and his news and feature stories have covered topics as diverse as country music and government policy.

Noble has served as an adjunct professor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he taught media writing. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.

While North Georgia is home, he has lived in Nashville, Dallas, Phoenix, and San Diego. On the weekends, expect to find a canoe or bike attached to Noble’s car and his dog, Puck, riding shotgun.
