Pioneer Utility Resources has named award-winning cooperative communications leader Becky Mashburn as Vice President of Member Experience. Mashburn, who has worked at Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) in Montrose, Colorado since 2015, will join Pioneer in early October. She is currently the marketing and communications director for DMEA, serving the cooperative’s electric service and its Elevate Internet subsidiary.
